Kind Words from our Guests

I’ve worked with Nate over the last 8 years - learning to climb, learning to lead trad, and self-rescue, in addition to skills clinics and just fun climbing.
If you are looking to learn or advance in this sport,
I HIGHLY recommend you contact Ascent Climbing.
— Carl H. (Weston, CT)
Loved this course! I wish we had more time, would totally recommend the course, venue, and instructors to anyone else!
— AMGA CWI Student
It was a perfect day. You did a great job leading and coaching me through the challenge, which I think was just right.

Non-profit ORGANIZATIONS we support

In keeping with our "Adventure for Everyone" mission, we believe it’s important to support local non-profit organizations that use climbing and outdoor adventure to make a difference in our community and in people’s lives. Please join us in supporting these organizations financially and by volunteering your time as opportunities allow.

PARADOX SPORTS

Paradox Sports fosters an individual’s potential and strength, defying the assumption that people with a physical disability can’t lead a life of excellence. We provide inspiration, opportunities, and specialized adaptive equipment so that anyone is able to be an active participant in human-powered sports.

Ragged Mountain Foundation

The Ragged Mtn Foundation works to preserve access to Connecticut's high and wild places. In 2015 the RMF purchased the north end of Ragged Mountain preserving the cliff for future generations of recreational users. In 2020 the RMF joined with the Western Massachusetts Climbers Coalition to help purchase Hanging Mountain, securing access to a previously closed crag.
